The Plant and Properties Subcommittee is responsible for overseeing the work of the sexton, the care and maintenance of the Church’s plant and grounds, and other properties owned by the Church. It keeps the property properly insured, oversees the purchase of fuel and furnishings, and plans renovations and capital projects.
