There are two ways to Register–through our RI NYE Point Person and through your local church youth group (via our NYE Point Person). Do NOT register yourself individually through the UCC website! Youth leaders: do NOT register your group separately without first getting the RICUCC log-in and password information from Pastor Kat. If you already registered by mistake, please contact us immediately at riyouthnye@gmail.com so we can ask the National Office if they can transfer your registration. Your registration may need to be canceled and resubmitted. We are registering as a group so that we can get rooms together and also so that we can track registration information for the purposes of transportation, service activities, medical accommodations, etc.
Way #1 – Register through our RI NYE Point Person
1) Fill out the necessary forms (all linked at the bottom of this page) and write a check (deposit) for $100 to Central Congregational Church. (Central will then pay your $100 online registration fee when entering your registration information into the group’s account).
2) Send the forms and check to Central Congregational Church / Attn: NYE / 296 Angell St. / Providence, RI / 02906.
3) The Rev. Kat Townes (our RICUCC point person for NYE) will enter your registration information, and you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Way #2 – Through your local church youth group
1) Fill out the necessary forms and give them to your youth leader or group coordinator.
2) Have your group leader contact the Rev. Kat Townes (kat@centralchurch.us / 401-331-1960) for the necessary RICUCC log-in information and instructions.
3) Work out a payment plan with your local church.
4) Mail copies of your NYE forms or have your youth leader mail the entire group’s forms together to Central Congregational Church / Attn: NYE / 296 Angell St. / Providence, RI / 02906.
